Description
The 70040 circuit is a microphone and/or line pre-amplifier that can be fitted to the LDM 0090/03 Compression Amplifier version, and provides a 40dB gain for low level signals.
The 70040 features the STARVE™ circuit which lowers current feed to the amplifier, causing asymmetrical clipping of the signal.
This PCB mounts directly inside the unit and should connect to the B- supply, with audio input/output on a terminal block.
Connections to pins are: 1) Input 2) Output 3) No Connection 4) B- 5) Ground 6) Ground.
