Based on the PYE™ discrete output stage, the 4313 is housed in a standard discrete op-amp package and designed for differential feedback for the inputs and driving an output transformer. The PYE™4313 can be used in microphone preamplifiers, equalizers, compressors, bussing system amplifiers, and other areas where a high impedance input and low impedance output gain amplifier is necessary.
The PYE 5060 is designed for use in high-quality audio applications in tracking and mixing in studios where it is required to provide compression of the audio volume range. The use of pulse-modulation and discrete electronics provide a compression characteristic like no other. High quality input and output transformers ensure good noise-free coupling to other audio equipment, and high quality, and often customized parts are used throughout. The Class A output stage and custom output transformer, which is made in-house, was developed over the course of a few years and a large part of the characteristic sound.
The 70040 is a microphone and/or line pre-amplifier, which can be fitted to the LDM 0090/03 Compression Amplifier version, and provides a 40dB gain for low level signals. This PCB mounts directly inside the unit and should connect to the B- supply, with audio input/output on a terminal block.
Connections to pins are: 1) Input 2) Output 3) No Connection 4) B- 5) Ground 6) Ground.
Line to Mic Level Adaptor
The LPZ-2 allows the user to connect the high level outputs from a DAW to a microphone pre-amplifier by attenuating the signal and by providing the correct load and source impedance for best audio transmission.
Excellent for testing pre-amps with any music from a balanced line source.
It also features a patented ground lift to isolate connected systems from each other.
Note that the LPZ-2 should only be used in balanced audio systems.
The PYE PX2 is a 2-channel transformer interface and ground isolation system. It provides transformer isolation between two grounded systems and safely breaks potential ground loops. Selectable ratio for either zero gain or +6dBu of passive gain to improve signal-to-noise and impart a touch of transformer coloration.
